Restore

Existing tattoos reworked, refreshed, or covered. Ideal for faded work, unwanted designs, and restorations:

  • Appointment required;

  • Free estimate provided; based on size, detail, placement, and time;

  • May require additional time to design;

  • Final quote determined by print-size selected, in-person prior to your session the day of your appointment;

  • Last minute changes may be rescheduled;

  • Day-rate discount available for large projects;

  • Consultation required;

  • May require additional time to design;

  • May require multiple sessions, no less than two (2) weeks apart (to heal);

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and high-quality tattoo experience.

Please review our policies before booking;

FLASH & Upgrades

• Pre-sized, printed, and ready to go with no design modifications

• Walk-ins welcome; no appointment needed

• Flash tattoos do not include complimentary touch-ups — proper aftercare is required

• Upgrades available for placement, color, and size

• Default placement includes arms and legs;

• Behind-the-ear upgrade for $60 flash tier only;

• Optional placements include tops of hands, feet, collarbone, chest, stomach, sternum, back of neck, and shoulder blade

• Fingers and sides of neck are not eligible for flash placement

• Deposit Required to secure all appointments

• Accepted: Venmo, CashApp;

• Appointment confirmed once deposit is received

• Deposits are non-refundable and applied to final total

• Gift certificates cannot be used toward deposits

• Shading, white, and blending are done at artist discretion and will not be mocked up

POLICIES

• Age & Eligibility: Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID

• Substance Use: Clients under the influence will be refused service and forfeit deposit

• Health Disclosure: Notify artist of any conditions (e.g. diabetes, pregnancy, adhesive allergy, etc.) prior to booking

• Studio Guests: One guest allowed in service area; children allowed in waiting area only, with supervision

• Studio Conduct: Disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service

• Photography: Photos or videos may be taken during your session — let us know if you’d prefer not to be recorded

• Design Limitations: No tattoos on fingers, eyelids, genitals, or scar tissue

• Memorial Tattoos: Ashes-in-ink not offered

• Name Tattoos: Romantic names at artist’s discretion

• Rework Policy: Will only continue another artist’s work with written permission or if they’re unavailable

• Design Integrity: We do not copy custom tattoos — inspiration is welcome; final design will be original

• Rescheduling: 24-hour notice required to transfer or reschedule deposit

• Late Arrival: Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling and a new deposit

• No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposit

• Aftercare Provided: Instructions will be given at the end of your session

• Touch-Up Policy: One free touch-up within 12 months (excludes improper aftercare)

• Flash Touch-Ups: Not included; must be booked separately

PROCEDURES

• Gift certificates valid 12 months — non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are subject to availability

Consultations

• In-person consultations are free and required for cover-ups, redesigns, and all restore service bookings

• Text-based consultations are free and follow your online estimate reques

• Video consultations are available for $20 and must be scheduled in advance (30 minute session)

• Digital tattoo previews are available for $20 and include a mockup of your design placed on your photo, delivered within 24-hours

• All consultations help determine placement, time, details, and pricing estimate range

• Final quotes are provided the day of the appointment from a selected range of printed sizes comprising the estimate within your budget, prior to the start of your session

Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions will be provided in detail at the end of your session with a chance to clarify any questions or concerns

• Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidelines to ensure proper healing

• A PDF version of our aftercare is available to download for free from our website 24/7; www.staytruelincolncity.com/aftercare

• One complimentary touch-up is available within 12 months — excludes improper aftercare

• Touch-ups for flash tattoos are not included and must be booked separately by the hour
