We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and high-quality tattoo experience.

Please review our policies before booking;

POLICIES

Studio rules and expectations for safety, conduct, and professionalism;

GENERAL

• Must be 18+ with valid ID

• Service may be refused at our discretion

• One (1) guest per client in service area (seating)

• Photos/videos may be taken — we are happy to send you ours

RESTRICTIONS

• No vaping inside

• No unsupervised children or children in tattooing area

• No animals (except service animals with ID)

• No piercings offered

• No tattoos on fingers, eyelids, or genitals

• No ashes-in-ink tattoos

• Romantic name tattoos at artist’s discretion

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Disclose health conditions or allergies before your session

• Please eat within two (2) hours of your appointment

APPOINTMENTS

• 24-hour notice required to reschedule

• 15+ minutes late may result in loss of deposit

• No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit deposit

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Gift cards valid 12 months; not valid for deposits or discounts

• Gift certificates valid 12 months — non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are subject to availability

•    Free consultations offered for custom and restore work

•    Consultations are subject to availability and require an appointment

Consultations

• In-person consultations are free and required for cover-ups, redesigns, and all restore service bookings

• Text-based consultations are free and follow your online estimate reques

• Video consultations are available for $20 and must be scheduled in advance (30 minute session)

• Digital tattoo previews are available for $20 and include a mockup of your design placed on your photo, delivered within 24-hours

• All consultations help determine placement, time, details, and pricing estimate range

• Final quotes are provided the day of the appointment from a selected range of printed sizes comprising the estimate within your budget, prior to the start of your session

Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions will be provided in detail at the end of your session with a chance to clarify any questions or concerns

• Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidelines to ensure proper healing

• A PDF version of our aftercare is available to download for free from our website 24/7; www.staytruelincolncity.com/aftercare

• One complimentary touch-up is available within 12 months — excludes improper aftercare

• Touch-ups for flash tattoos are not included and must be booked separately by the hour

• All necessary aftercare is provided in-store, please see our pricing board for details
